一、Standard dual piston pressure-vacuum gauge (Grad Ⅰ)

●Model Measuring range
SY0.25 -0.1～0.25MPa
SY 0.6 -0.1~0.6MPa
SY1 -0.1～1MPa
A 1MPa supply is required.
●Basic error
In full scale, the basic error of class 0.01 pressure-vacuum gauge is ±(0.01％×P+1Pa), and class 0.02 is ±(0.02％×P+1Pa), Where P is the true pressure.
●Working medium
Installed an oil and gas isolator. Use air as the working medium.
●Purpose
Be used for calibrating piston gauge, pressure sensor, pressure transmitter, digital pressure gauge and other precision pressure gauges.
●Characteristic
★　Be used for measuring zero pressure, negative pressure and positive pressure.
★　High sensitivity, high accuracy, wide range, and low decline speed of piston.
★　Comparing with domestic dual piston gauge: the accuracy is promoted from grade Ⅱ to Ⅰ；the upper pressure of measurement is raised from 0.25MPa to 0.6MPa, or 1MPa if it is necessary; the sensitivity is improved from 20mg to 10mg; and the decline speed of differential piston is also reduced from 1mm/min when the loading 1kg weights on the piston to 0.5mm/min when the loading 5kg weights.
★　The working position of piston is monitored by displacement sensor, so the piston gauge is very sensitive, clear and accurate.
★　Use conveniently and seal reliably.
★　The base of piston gauge is made from aluminum alloy, which makes gauge more portable, strength and perfect.
★　Three samples were calibrated by Shanghai Institute of measurement and testing technology, and the results are as follows: the decline speeds of three simple pistons are 0.04mm/min, 0.05mm/min and 0.06mm/min respectively when the loading 1kg weights on the piston; three differential pistons are 0.28mm/min, 0.22 mm/min and 0.25 mm/min respectively, which won well from the institute.
